Throughout my professional career, I've never been a part of such an amazing cast of diverse and passionate group of people, collectively working together, with a vested interest. Top-down, everyone cares and there is a circle of trust that really allows you to fail forward and be creative. One of the best parts, is being fully remote, so you can kiss the commute goodbye! Hands down, the best work experience I've had. Coming from a job which felt like a job, to something in which you're an independent contributor, where your voice is heard, really makes you roll out of bed each morning.

The onboarding could have been improved, but that comes with the territory of being one of the very first employees to a start up! This has been greatly improved with the great additions to our team and tool stack.

I loved my time working with Colin and Ryan at Gradient MSP. They are unusually compassionate leaders, and this made it easy to lead my team with empathy and compassion. Make no mistake, there was a lot of work to do, and we did it. However, working for such great people made it easy.

Being a start-up, they were necessarily still finding their way. We sometimes had to shift direction quickly in response to changing market conditions.
