* Continued inward evaluation to review what works vs. doesn't * Great partnership and acknowledgement from leadership * Growth of organization's bench strength without sacrificing values and culture
Cons
* Nothing that can't be said of many other organizations * Somewhat too many layers but it's a lot to unravel and I anticipate as time moves on, structures may change
