Pros
The people are great there, some of the training team is kind of wack, but the material is easy to learn. You get you own desk, and you can decorate. They have a lot of benefits, that I've never even been offered at other jobs. I don't know about bonuses I haven't been there that long. All in all it's one of the easiest jobs I've ever had and there is always openings so it's easy to move up in the company, you just have to want what you deserve and make it yours. You gotta beat the best to be the best. Great company to have a career with.
Cons
The only thing I don't like is having different starting times every day, no set schedule, and you only get two 10 minute paid breaks. My other job is two 15 minute paid breaks which gives you time to eat and go to the bathroom whatever. Other than some rude customers nothing is really bad about this place.
