Tons of really smart people who all want to make their startup succeed. Everyone pulls for everyone else at this incubator and everyone is accessible. You also get to create an awesome network.

Sometimes it seemed like a library and everyone was incredibly quiet. It didn't seem like a typical startup environment. Since many of these companies are early stage, most opportunities are engineering.

You have the ability to expand your network and also learn a lot from the projects you are currently working on.

The only con I would have is that since this is a start up environment, you most likely have to learn a lot on your own.
