Pros
I started at the lowest entry-level position (admittedly when the company was relatively young) and moved up in a matter of months. I've met some incredible people - mentors, advocates, people who genuinely care about the company's mission, managers who want the best for you whether here or somewhere else, and plenty of those like myself who stumbled into a job opportunity and wound up passionate about healthcare advocacy. I can say the CEO wears his heart on his sleeve; he seems devoted to this mission and takes the time to appreciate every little sector of the company. Without being too melodramatic, my experience here has been invaluable. Wherever I may go next, I'll have to expect this much.
Cons
As the company grows, it seems like it's harder and harder to move upwards in the company. There are still constant changes and attempts at workflow improvements, which could be exciting or cautionary depending on the person. As we grow things tend to get more "corporate," and impersonal, expounded by the pandemic.
