I have worked at Grange for nearly 8 years and cannot think of one fault

I really tried and can’t think of anything

Most managers don’t listen or respond to staff calls or emails , a culture of mistrust ,bullying , threats and rule by fear. Low levels of staff retention and unable to recruit quickly Salaries lower than other organisations who advertise the same or similar roles. Lack of respect for employees . Does not value or appreciate staff and that is proven by the pay structure and lack of respect and support .
