Pros

I see our CEO Rob Hale has the best leader in the industry and always interested in philanthropy, so if you are into charity, I think you will like to work here. The location is very close to T and it has 24 Hr Gym, other than that I don't see any other PROs

Cons

Very toxic and stressful place, poorly managed by directors and managers who are not skilled to perform their job and been there for years and benefitting zero for the company other than costing money with poor management and technical skills. Zero career growth and no appreciation for work from Managers or Directors who care for their own benefits. If you are a hard working, talented and smart individual, this is not the company for you, you don't stand a month working in this environment.

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
