Current WFH but they taking that away soon so probably none

Do you like to be overworked? Having angry customers yell at you? Having to call carriers 100x a day to beg them to fix something until they don’t, just to have the account managers / management / customers come at you because the carrier can’t do it? It’s basically a glorified call center plus you have a management/supervisor team that only looks after themselves and will throw anybody under the bus if you not directly under them. Literally this job goes as: 1. Internet breaks, customer put in ticket. 2. You have to call carrier to fix said internet problem, you have remote access to any tooling. 3. You relay that information from the carrier to the customer . 90% customer doesn’t like the answer and you have to call back to the carrier, it’s a constant back and forth. Not only that you getting loaded with with 20 of these tickets a day on top of your existing queue. Not to mention the tickets that blows up and customer / the premier account managers and every other department blaming on you cause you couldn’t get the desire resolution even you have basically 0 control and the only thing you can do is constantly call the carrier beg/nag them to fix it. Avoid this company like a plague if you can.

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
