Pros

I’ve been with Granite for 12 years, and I can honestly say it’s been a rewarding journey. This is a company that sets high expectations and asks a lot from its people—but in return, it offers incredible opportunities for growth, stability, and long-term success. Sales at Granite isn’t always easy—you’ll need to be resilient, adaptable, have thick skin and ready to handle both the highs and the lows that come with the territory. But if you're willing to put in the hard work, the payoff is absolutely worth it. I’ve not only built a solid career here, but I’ve also made very good money and found a place that truly values its employees. Our CEO is a phenomenal leader and a true sales professional who leads by example. He’s hands-on, engaged, and genuinely committed to the success of the company. It makes a huge difference knowing the person at the top cares and sets the tone for a strong, competitive, and supportive culture. I do feel valued at Granite, and I’m excited about what the future holds here. I look forward to many more years of growth, learning, making money and success!

Cons

If your not a person with a daily structured routine and you're looking for a flexible work schedule and being able to work remotely then Granite may not be for you.

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
