Pros

The company goes above and beyond to ensure employees have the tools they need to succeed. I’ve always felt supported in my role; whenever I’ve asked for help or needed extra resources, Grantify has delivered without hesitation. It’s rare to find a company that balances professional excellence with such a high level of kindness.

Cons

Because the company is growing so fast, processes are constantly evolving, which requires some adaptability.

Pros

-Working environment was fully remote while I was there. -Schedule was flexible and PTO was solid by U.S. standards

Cons

-In my opinion, mismanagement led to multiple rounds of mass layoffs. Business decisions seemed to be made erratically without much consideration for the impact on frontline staff or long-term sustainability. -The company culture was not in line with my values. Clients were misled about their chances of success and the scope of Grantify's services. -As a result of the (imo) misleading sales process, service delivery constantly had to deal with angry clients with no guidance from leadership on what to do, other than being discouraged from offering refunds or escalating. -Along similar lines, leadership was not honest with staff. Leading up to both rounds of layoffs, the message from leadership was that the company was in a strong financial position. Both rounds of layoffs were preceded by expensive "staff socials," which really called into question the way money was managed. -The pay was not at all in line with industry standards. There were multiple hard-working staff who were skipped over for promotions due to a "promotion freeze" or "re-working the advancement process" while people in the exact same roles who had buddies in leadership were promoted.
