Safety is disgustingly poor. Management likes to harp on about safety and then asks you to back date jsa's and puts innocent live at risk. Someone is going to die here if they don't change.

Toxic management that are chaotic and patronising. Safety is not a priority but is enforced when suits. Despite encouraging employees to raise safety concerns, you are ostracised and spotlighted when you do. Management are only looking out for themselves and covering their own back.
