      Pros

      Pay and more overtime than is usually desired. A great place for the passive aggressive personality.

      Cons

      Very little loyalty or respect for the knowledge and opinions of those that manufacture. The use of manipulative employees is hard on the trustworthy. They will suck the life out of a good work ethic.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
