      Pros

      Decent pay , but they could change your rate even though there is a union contract. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      no regard for union bargaining agreement , managers know very little about actual operations , safety program is a joke , a lot of discussion but no actual follow through.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
