Pros
The Pay and benefits are hard to beat. They were well above average for our geographical location. The 12 hr rotation meant over time was kept to a minimum and it was nice to know your work schedule for the entire year.
Cons
The upper management team was constantly changing. You would no sooner adapt to the new changes and "way of thought" and the management member would move on. It was very difficult to build a relationship of respect with them when you knew you were just a stepping stone to advance their career.
