The biggest issues for an employee working at Graves Menu Maker are as follows. Follow through is a problem for this company, it’s a common practice to start something and it doesn’t get finished. The management team for Graves Menu Maker can not make a decision and that can be very frustrating. You are unable to work without constant supervision or someone asking what you’re doing, the level of micromanagement is a bit much. Keep in mind this is a family owned company and the family is in charge of each department. The biggest challenge you face is that all decisions are made based off of what they determine is the best solution.
