VP level and up is an old boys club. C level will only promote those they want to hang out with as part of their extravagant meetings. This causes upper management to be an echo chamber full of people who don't know what they are doing while simultaneously getting paid too much. Upper management has no long-term vision. The company is cult-like; the CEO forces all team members to be on a weekly meeting where the CEO can "preach to them" instead of allowing them to do their job. This meeting is mandatory. The company goes out of its way to hire stay-at-home moms or church members because they are easy to manipulate. The upper management will attack you If you try to correct them, leading to you losing your job. The CEO will offer people money to quit on general slack channels. Upper management will consistently change the goal line on promotions. The organization is overly religious and causes people to feel alienated from the rest of the company. The company is a popularity contest, and slack is the game. People are 2 faced and will stab you in the back when they get the chance. The C level will publically talk about things you shared in confidence with other employees to manipulate them further. Take a look at the company photo the company put up, you will notice there is a certain race that is prevalent there.
My advice is to stay as far away from this company as possible. Don't believe the people team. Instead, find some employees who have left the company on Linkedin and talk to them about what the company was actually like.
