Pros
There's a real "get things done" culture that I enjoy were everyone is working towards the same goal and I feel like I have the freedom to influence how we reach our overall goals. There's a good balance of humor and work, and the office space is really nice. I got the opportunity to move back to Europe and become a part of our expansion here.
Cons
Since it is a smaller company, sometimes I have to do things that is not really my job. I don't mind it, because it keeps everything interesting but if I wanted to really do one thing repeatedly it probably wouldn't have been a good fit for me.
