      You may work from home 2 days or the whole week if you start working from 12 PM.

      Cons

      Managers totally disconnected from the customer's reality. Mediocre systems Low pay and lack of career progression Don't care for their oldest members because they know they will die within a couple of years. New management cares only by numbers and not quality

      My coworkers were never nice

      Cons

      The pay is much lower than any other banks in the area. The upper management does not have any regard for the average employee, I was a part of 9 branch layoff that was handled very poorly
