Poor and toxic environment in Digital - Manager Great Southern Bank Employee Review

Senior leadership in Digital is bad and creates a toxic environment. Very egoistic with a sense of superiority. Initially, it feels very nice and kind but soon controlling and micromanaging. It can be even cruel and unfair. If you get promoted, some team members can backstab you because they feel disadvantaged. Racism and xenophobism exist if you are not Australian-raised and born. After leaving his job, I met other people who had similar experiences.
