Pros

Very motivated manager meetings when they had them and a lot of small bonus commissions. They do let a lot of people work from home and they hire remote workers.

Cons

They don’t do background checks or drug tests and they hire anyone just about. Pay is low and they promise that you could move up and become closers but it takes a very long time. The closers are lazy and blow off appointments that openers make for them. They fire a lot of people for stupid reasons and it’s a very toxic environment. Competitive and co-workers are often fighting, You can make more at McDonald’s without all the bs.
