Not the best - Na Green Line Digital Employee Review

Everyone at GLD is wicked smart and very collaborative. There is a lot of autonomy in your schedule, which lends to a great work-life balance. Management actually cares about their team and empowers us within our roles. I cannot say enough good things about Green Line.

Extremely knowledgeable team with strong expertise across the business. Collaborative when needed; people are willing to help and share insights. Hands-off management allows for autonomy and ownership of your work. Pay is fair and in line with industry averages.

Day-to-day management is very hands-off, which can be challenging without clear direction. Requires a high level of independence and a strong understanding of your role. Efforts to build a team culture are present, but can be difficult to achieve in a remote environment fully.
