Pros

Green Tree Immigration and Study Abroad is more than just a consultancy; it is an organization that genuinely supports its employees in their professional growth and career development. The management is highly supportive and always willing to guide employees in their learning and development journey. Unlike many other organizations, the managers here are approachable, friendly, and do not create unnecessary pressure, making it easy for employees to communicate openly without fear or hesitation. Another positive aspect of the workplace is the supportive culture among colleagues. Employees are genuinely happy for each other’s achievements and growth, which creates a healthy and encouraging work environment. Unlike my previous experience, there is no sense of jealousy or negativity, but rather a spirit of teamwork and mutual support. One of the best aspects is that we can approach the CEO anytime if we need any help. He is a very approachable and kind person. The HR team is also always supportive and ready to guide employees whenever needed.

Cons

one concern is the 6-day work with only 1 paid leave monthly with only one paid leave, which makes it challenging to maintain a proper work-life balance. At times, it feels difficult to manage both personal and professional life effectively, and it can also impact employees’ well-being.

Pros

Working at GreenTree has been a solid learning experience for me as a UI/UX designer. I got exposure to real product workflows, especially around web and mobile interface design. The team environment is collaborative, and feedback is usually direct and practical, which helped me improve my design thinking and attention to detail. I also got the chance to work on design systems and maintain consistency across screens. There is good scope to learn, especially if you are early in your career, though sometimes project timelines can get a bit tight, which requires good time management.

Cons

Just the six days work week, but you will adapt.
