One of the best aspects is that we can approach the CEO anytime if we need any help. He is a very approachable and kind person. The HR team is also always supportive and ready to guide employees whenever needed.

Working at GreenTree has been a solid learning experience for me as a UI/UX designer. I got exposure to real product workflows, especially around web and mobile interface design. The team environment is collaborative, and feedback is usually direct and practical, which helped me improve my design thinking and attention to detail. I also got the chance to work on design systems and maintain consistency across screens. There is good scope to learn, especially if you are early in your career, though sometimes project timelines can get a bit tight, which requires good time management.
