No real structure, inconsistent management, lack of opportunities. This company will offer you a promotion then walk it back because of their lack of management. There is VERY little room for growth at this company. They follow merit, so the only way to get a raise is at the end of the year and you will be very lucky if you get even $0.30c raises yearly for "excellent work". The only way to make more money here is to go to another department for promotion and that does not happen often. If you're a good worker, you will be punished with more work and higher expectations.
