The company had a really cool product which builds a link between corporations and environment. The products helps to reduce the paper wastage and co2 emission. I felt it was something significant and important considering the abuse on environment these days.

The technologies used were not always up-to-date. There is no good processes in place for software development.

It's been 3 years since I have worked here, but I have never faced any such situation. Getting comfortable here does not take much time, because of the friendly environment
