I’m really enjoying my time at GreenScale. My role and the team are exactly as described during the interview process, which I really appreciate. Everyone is incredibly smart and genuinely passionate about advancing our data centre developments. What we’re building is tangible and meaningful, and it truly feels like we’re all working together on one shared mission rather than operating in silos.

Like any growing company, there’s room to improve internal communication - but that’s part of what I’m looking forward to working on this year.
