Pros

They won’t fire the guest facing employees because they know we’re so hard to replace.

Cons

They pay the worst out of any hotels in the area and it’s unlivable in this area. High staff turnover and management gets stressed and overworked because of that.

Management as well as corporate allowed lots of freedom during shift as long as you maintained positive guest interactions and got your work done.

Cons

Some policies like service fees were not consumer friendly and lead to negative interactions with guests.
