Pros
There is ample opportunity for overtime and working on a variety of matters. A good place to start to build a resume.
Cons
The partners are territorial and assemble groups of associates and paralegals they trust. It's very difficult to work for a variety of partners. This is not a "one for all, all for one" firm.
