Pros

Compared to other law firms, seemed to have an ok work-life balance. Most attorneys were gone by 5:30 PM. Quiet on the weekends. I was a non-attorney position, so I can't comment on billing expectations, but compared to what I've seen at other firms, GT was not as aggressive.

Cons

This firm is average or below on compensation. For non-attorney employees, being in a smaller office NOT in Florida or New York seems to really limit your career growth. This place was a sinking ship when I left. Good attorneys and staff were leaving in high numbers.

Pros

Broad marketing and business development exposure. The marketing department is highly structured, with established systems and processes in place to ensure the successful execution of all deliverables.

Cons

This is a full-time, in-office position, making it harder for harder work-life balance. The role is highly diverse, with responsibilities varying based on the office and the needs of the attorneys being supported. Hard to Quantify Impact
