Pros
I honestly can't say there is one pro for working for this company. If I have to say a pro it would be the benefits. However they aren't worth it. No pay or benefit is worth working for Dianne and her family.
Cons
It is a hostile work environment. There is no training at all. You are expected to learn it on your own, and if you make a mistake because you were given little to no instructions on what they wanted other than just to get it done, they will blame and belittle you for making a mistake in front of the owner of the property and other employees. When they want rid of you, you will start getting emails and text messages from them, fussing at you about stupid childish stuff, all while talking to you horribly. They will lie to you, and when you call them out on their lies and prove it to be a lie. You will not get an apology she will just move on to something else to complain about. They don't pay the vendors or contractors so you will never be able to get the work finished that the owner expects to be done because you can't get supplies or contractors due to non-payment. If you say something to the owner, then they will blame you, and you will be fired shortly after. If you know more than any of them, then you will not be liked, and they will make you miserable until you quit or they fire you. I promise you do not want to work for this company. Trust the employee reviews. I do not have an axe to grind. I just hate for anyone to go through what the rest of us who worked there went through.
