Terrible- avoid at all costs - Manager Greencore Employee Review

Having worked here for over 10 years, I am disgusted in how toxic and nasty the new management at Greencore is. The managers are bullies who shout at people and treat employees unfairly. There is no appreciation here what so ever. The culture is SO toxic that it’s affected my mental health and wellbeing. I would avoid this company at all costs. On top of that, HR is not supportive at all, they have no time for anyone and are always taking managers side.
