The current atmosphere is diabolical, training packages are horrendous and management have no idea how to communicate ideas and new plans. Working structure doesnt exist and the thirst to get new work doesnt exist, cost savings from so called process improvement projects are exaggerated to unbelievable highs yet never end up working despite the saving already being banked and that money 'saved' being spent on company cars rather than employee bonuses it needs help.
