Pros

Good and knowledgeable shop floor people, good salary, clean and tidy environment.

Cons

Micro management, rules change every day, different "this is the right fit" status from every manager, unrealistic timelines, obsession with cost reduction - only giving false savings, sacking or convincing senior team members who don't agree with the doggy things management does to go - company was sued by employees multiple times and had to pay compensations, no training, H&S and Covid19 draconian rules imposed to staff but blatantly disregarded by managers, big salary discrepancy between staff at same level, public reprimands done using bad language. The fastest way to get in trouble is to voice the double standards and/or inequalities.
