Pros
Get to deliver nice cars and vans around the country. You make your own way back, but this is paid for & reimbursed for buses and taxis. There is a "tablet" we use for booking train travel. That is all paid for by the company. You can work long hours, depending where you travel to, and how you get back. Scotland journeys are split over 2 days. You are paid for every minute you are working. You are paid to deliver vehicles, plus for your journey back to base. This is zero hours, but it works for me, as at the moment they are really busy and i work 5 days a week, over 10 hours a day. Training by Ian was very good. He's very patient.
Cons
The tablet or the connection is a bit slow. There are no cons for me at the moment. However, if you dont like "zero hours" or long hours ( not 9-5 ) Then try something else. You can be waiting sometime for travel to get back to base, via their own minibus or the local bus. Again, not a issue for me, but if you are the kind of person who wants to be back asap, then this may not work for you?
