Pros
-Greenix provides the knowledge and experience to make sure that you are well taken care of, no matter the position. They don't just throw you out to the wolves once you sign on. They really give you the one-on-one time that you need to learn and grow in this business. -The compensation and tools they give you are unparalleled. I have never made more money anywhere else. definitely the highest paying job I've had. -They treat you like you are a person, not just a number. I've never felt more appreciated by a company. I've been able to achieve a personal relationship with the owner as well. Most other companies wouldn't let you near the owner because they sit on a throne...not at Greenix. The executives even make you feel welcome. -The comradery that comes from the other managers and employees really makes you feel at home and appreciated.
Cons
-No insurance/health benefits. Greenix is a smaller company, so it's easy to understand. However, I think that if they included other benefits, they would get jobs filled more quickly and they would have a smaller turnover rate. -No paid time off/leave. Even if you are pregnant/injured, they will not pay you time off. Again, smaller company problems, but it would be nice to see that they could throw you a bone every now and then. -No overtime. This one really gets on my nerves. Let's say one of your coworkers is sick/ can't make it to work; well if your boss asks you to come in early, you are doing them a favor, but they don't return it by giving you a little bump in pay for the hour or two that you are covering for someone else. Not ok in my book. The way that I see it, if I scratch your back, you scratch mine. I believe that Greenix does as little as possible to make things work with employees. They also cut corners to keep things as cheap as possible. -
