Slid me checks under the table and un-taxed when they needed something done that wasn’t a part of my job description.
Cons
If you aren’t going to be a salesman here, then you’d be better off working at a different call center. They glorify the sales side of the company and do little to nothing in comparison for the hard working people that keep the customers that got cheated happy. A salesman once was awarded a Land Rover for selling a ton of botched accounts...we ended up having to cover for them and lie. What did we get in return? A pizza for lunch. THEY NEVER PAY ON TIME. PAY WILL CHANGE WITH OR WITHOUT YOU ON BOARD. Typically they do this so they can spend more money on the salesmen, go figure.
