Pros
The work environment is awesome. I have great co-workers and a great manager. Super flexible with time off and calling out, as long as you give the manager appropriate notice.
Cons
Some of the worst managing styles I've ever seen with higher ups. Our department responsibilities were recently changed WITHOUT notice and it severely impacted our compensation. We as a department are one of the lowest paid call center departments in all of Utah. Wendy's is hiring for almost double of what we make. Very poor call center management.
