Pros
Good compensation, corporate opportunities give a wide variety of potential for advancement. Good brand image - viewed as a premium. Pretty good environment and HR works hard to offer events and activities for the employees
Cons
Rockford for one but housing is reasonable and the parks are nice. Managment cannot seem to find good leadership. They manage without a vision and they pass down goals without the support to achieve them. Morale is mediocre at best as the business flounders. Competition is stealing the market and they continue to press forward without a strategy to win or the support to execute the few good ideas that come around.
