Pros
1. Being a start up, they are extremely focussed on profitability and don't just believe in burning cash like others to achieve revenues. 2. Extremely clear with their vision and mission, which also gets percolated down to hierarchies very well. Seems like people working there are pretty much aligned with vision and mission. 3. These guys are Apple of pico solar industry and indeed, they manufacture best products which adds a lot of confidence in teams especially business teams. 4. Company operates across multiple countries so you get an exposure to multi cultural environment while meeting colleagues from different geographies 5. Friendly and well defined HR policies which always favour employee rather than company. Again, rare to find in start ups 6. Continuously upgrading themselves in terms of infrastructure, technologies etc. to stay competitive and bring more business efficiencies 7. What I loved the most is environment of punctuality and respect for each other's time during meetings and discussions 8. Almost no politics in company culture except that you will always find few folks in every company 9. However it's a small company, but they try their level best to allow their employees to explore inter-departmental roles if you are not satisfied with your existing role. 10. You get lunch in office which is a big relief in Mumbai.
Cons
1. Not recommended for freshers at all as there is a limited scope of P2P learning 2. While I liked the approach of company to promote people internally but they should also consider hiring subject matter experts from outside to bring scale at ease and more scope for P2P learnings 3. Only few experienced people (not just by number of years but also exposure) at leadership level
