It is a great place to learn. You get to handle jobs and make decisions with a major responsibility.
Cons
The company is always hungry for processes. Some companies are great because every job does not require a process. Everyone has their own way to do things. While in a smaller team this company shared responsibility among team members, but as the team grew, managers have started micro-managing.
