Pros
Benefits, time off, size, pay is competitive, most senior staff are friendly though you won't talk to them much unless you are the property manager or higher.
Cons
Greystar tries so hard to brainwash you with all their trainings, surveys, marketing, goal setting, and etc. At the end of the day, they are the largest domestic Property management group for a reason... They also have so many standard operating procedures and other rules that it would really be almost impossible to follow them all. Their rules are just to protect themselves from getting sued and it is hard to figure out which ones are actually important to them in practice. There is a lack of opportunity to grow if you are not office staff and there are no rewards for hard work.
