Pros
The company itself is well established and has a good reputation. Benefits are fairly good and there are some good people at this company.
Cons
You're expected to perform duties way beyond your pay grade without any sort of compensation; things you would have never agreed to do if they actually put it in the job description. Saw a great deal of turnover, specifically leaving the company because of the high stress environment, low moral, poor pay and the long stretch of hours. The company claims it would like work/life balance for it's employees but it truly isn't doing anything to change that besides telling people not to accumulate overtime. If we don't work overtime, we come in to angry clients the next morning so please come up with a better solution like developing a floating team to fill in on weekends for maintenance and on site staff. Bigger is not always better when it comes to the corporate world so make sure to speak with former employees before accepting the job.
