Pros
This organization cares about employee safety above all. They expect that employees do a quality job and put in a full day. I've participated on many projects and have found a fair rate of pay for each assignment. Incentives are available and allow for employees to make good money. The core values of the organization are covered in training and it is clearly the source of how most managers make their decisions. There is a lot of opportunity (especially if you are mobile) created through hard work. More opportunity is created more quickly with Grid One then I have seen elsewhere. Other Pros: Good Manager Communications, Focus on Safety, Training and Upward Mobility. Can also be a good experience to catch on with Utility operation.
Cons
Without mobility the work is project based and will most likely end. You will work in all weather.
