      - I've worked at GW for over 10 years and have always had good opportunities to grow. - Interesting and fast paced work - Supportive colleagues - Hybrid working is expected with a nice office in Birmingham right by Grand Central that is open every day if required. - Has a long history of training up associate and university placement students and mentoring them into capable engineers and consultants
