Pros
Minimal mental thought process is required for most entry level positions. Compensation for overtime if an hourly employee.
Cons
Some departments (if not most) promote based on seniority and not credentials. There is very little room for advancement because of seniority based promotions. Salary is not competitive. The turnover rate in certain divisions is extremely high. There are no sick days.
