-There is incredible high turnover in the company (54%) -Company puts on the desire to change company culture at corporate level but does not believe in their own vision to translate at the center level -There is constant struggle with change. Often results in some insubordinate individuals who don't want to perform tasks related to their position -Ineffective and improper communication at the regional level. Regional management is not interested in developing center management. Regionals do not listen to the concerns of managers at the center level and will often throw managers under the bus -Inappropriate conduct and behavior among operations management and line staff. Sexual misconduct and favoritism is common. Hostile work environment -Staff and management are all around overworked. No work life balance -Significant and noticeable low morale -Training is often rushed to make up for the constant influx of those who leave or are terminated -Some donors can be combative and locations of the centers are not in the best locations
