Below average pay, not enough time off, They want quantity over quality and they do not care if it jeopardizes your own certifications. Management has zero true medical background or experience. They promote and cross train based on popularity. When management is upset with you they find creative ways to punish you such as keeping the floor at max patient ratio so you can not even use the restroom.
