Pros
Okay pay, I started at $16/hr left six years later at $27.50. They provide a sizeable year end bonus, 2-5k. $50 cash per diem for each over night, ~25% travel but varies heavily, worst was four months out straight but that was a one time thing. Pay for hotels on company card, you keep all reward points. They buy everything you need, clothes, tools, etc. Service manager is a buddy boss but is a mouthpiece for a real piece of work.
Cons
You have to bury your soul to be good at this job. Working here is like working in a room full of money with a group of toddlers on top of it, they're in charge of the money. Hijinks ensue. One day you'll be navigating complex electronic troubleshooting, the next you'll be digging a ditch.
