Pros
+Job is easy if you can count, read and use a modern phone. +Management isn't breathing down your neck. +No work uniform and dress code is fair most of the time. +Flexable hours but only because management isn't organized and approves before looking into it, so many others suffer when shorthanded.
Cons
-Toxic work environment. -Unprofessional management. -Poor coordination and communication. -Unsanitary conditions for customers' products. -Poor adherence/promotion of state covid precautions. -Dishonest employee rewards/bonus system. -Dishonest base and upper management. -Lack of oversight in day-to-day employee activities. -Constantly asked to go above my job duties due to supervisor or management oversights without compensation or consideration for a bonus. -Workplace incidents, both physical as well as not, were the norm. -Provided devices (equipment needed to do the job) were in a horrible or almost non-working state which affected employees' ability to make their expectations or bonus. -Management doesn't care to understand the phrase "Praise in public, criticize in private". -Terms of your employment, starting day, pay and other details are not made clear until well after the interview process.
