I'm so happy that I joined Grocery Outlet a few years ago. The company is growing quickly, and that has meant tremendous opportunities for me and my co-workers. The company's culture, which is entrepreneurial and empowering, continues, has grown stronger since I have been here and is a key driver of our industry-leading growth. Across the company, there is a strong sense of purpose toward helping the community of our customers and our operators. This company is perfect for anyone who wants to grow professionally in a fast-moving, mission-driven, and supportive environment.

Cons

This company has a collaborative mindset. It's team-based. Lone wolves who set out to impose a conventional template from past experience and who are not open to learning and growing might struggle.

1.Poor BT leadership management - Toxic environment ,IT leadership members lacking key skills ( technical and leadership) 2.Employees demotivated or moral impacted on frequent leadership and internal changes 3. Business not value IT resources and work as team 4.HR needs to act independently without IT leadership influence while taking any kind of decisions 5. No work life balance 6. No motivation for hard working employees 7. No employee orientation or inclusion approach .
